A medicine-supported psychotherapy retreat for building inner trust and reshaping your life from the inside out.
Somewhere along the way, we build lives around expectations. At a certain point, those structures stop fitting. You hear the quiet voice of misalignment. You realize you haven’t centered your own needs.
Becoming Your Own Ally is accessing a radical commitment to having your own back, becoming someone you can rely on. Not a version of yourself that pleases others—but one who tells the truth, pivots when needed, and knows how to robustly operate from their center. There are plenty of areas in life where we have little influence. How we treat ourselves and our needs isn’t one of them.
We run this group experience 3 to 4 times a year, with new participants and regulars. Once you have participated in one of our retreats, you may also join our monthly integration group of other “allies”.

FYI: What is Ketamine?
Ketamine is classified as a dissociative anesthetic. It can be administered in multiple ways and for multiple purposes. Used to treat a variety of conditions, and in everyday outpatient procedures for infants to the elderly, it is a very safe medication (for those medically approved).
At certain dosages it is useful at disrupting default mode thinking, lowering psychological defenses, and increasing the general flexibility/ fluidity/ neuroplasticity of the mind. It can also be used at slightly higher dosages to create a brief 40-minute psychedelic effect, particularly well-suited to psychotherapy work.
When used as part of ketamine assisted psychotherapy, including for this group journey, it is self-administered by the client with a self-dissolving tablet, from a prescription after a clinical and medical evaluation.
FYI: What is Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)?
Ketamine can be used for strictly medical purposes. It can also be used solely for an interesting experience. Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy is the active use of the tools of psychotherapy, combined with the psychedelic and neuroplasticity effects of the medicine, to help people heal from what ails them.
FYI: What is Special about Group KAP Experiences
Groups are idyllic “travel” opportunities for ketamine assisted psychotherapy journeys. Small, and intimate, sprinkled with ritual, sharing, music, connection, they are great places of healing. Beginning over video and then during live or virtual medicine sessions, you will prepare for your trips as a group, exploring and building focused intentions for the psychological/ spiritual/ relational work you are bringing to your inner healer.
For the medicine session we will join in a lovely, shared space either live or virtually. We approach the medicine sessions themselves with focused minds, a ceremonial spirit, some communal intention setting, and a supportive environment. During your journey multiple therapists will be available to support and guide you or sit quietly by your side while you have your internal experience.
After your medicine journeys, the group will be where you consider how you might integrate the experiences of your journey to enrich your life. There is truly nothing like sharing that experience with others who are similarly disrupting their default mode thinking. It is a bit like magic.
After participation in one of our group experiences, you can reconnect with and continue your shared work in our monthly Integration Group (prior group with us is a prerequisite).
